Being Love and Peace for our World Meditation:

Duration: 10 minutes to 1 hour+
Watch your breathing for a while
Close your eyes (unless you practice Raja Yoga or similar)
With your next breath, breathe in Love, then breathe out Peace
Remember to simply follow your breath, don’t force it and make sure you observe the natural pause between exhaling and then inhaling again (otherwise you might hyperventilate)
Continue to breathe in Love and breathe out Peace
To me, Love looks like Gold-Light so I see, with my inner sight that I breathe in gold coloured light but it may look different to you.
Feel that you breathe in Love though your physical Heart
With every breath;
Fill your physical Heart with Love.
When your heart is filled with Love then fill your entire Heart Chakra with Love
Then fill your entire Body with Love
The fill your entire Aura with Love
Then feel that your entire being is filled with Love
Then feel that your entire being Is Love
You should now feel Absolute Love for our World and be at Peace
During this meditation and when your entire being Is Love, you can switch from breathing in Love and breathing out Peace, to breathing in Love and breathing out Love, or breathing in Peace and breathing out Peace if this feels right to you.
When you are ready then bring your attention back to the space you are sitting in and carry on with your day.
